U7 Lindfield Cricket Skills Clinic

 

The perfect Saturday morning introduction to cricket for girls and boys!

Run by experienced, qualified Lindfield senior players in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. No prior experience is required for players or parents!

WHAT IS IT?

​

The Lindfield U7 Skills Clinic is a 12-week program designed to teach young players the fundamentals of cricket and general ball skills. 

​

​Our clubs highly experienced and qualified coaches are there to guide parents, as well as the budding cricketers. No prior experience is needed - for players or parents!  Older players who are new to cricket or still developing their skills are also welcome.

​

• Designed for girls and boys, 5-6 years old, in Kindergarten who are interested in playing cricket

• Led by qualified and enthusiastic senior club players

• Focused on skill development through fun, active group games

• Great for developing hand-eye coordination and movement skills

• Parents actively participate alongside their child - no cricket knowledge required

• Each session finishes with a selection of cricket based games

• All players will receive training shorts, top and cap

 

When & Where 

​

• Time: Saturday mornings, 8:00 – 9:15 AM

• Dates: October 2026 - February 2027 (12-week program during school terms, including built-in make-up sessions for wet weather washouts)

• Location: Lindfield Oval, Tryon Rd, Lindfield
   

After each session, families can enjoy breakfast from the Lindfield BBQ!

Who Can Register

​

• Age Group: 5 - 6 years old (Kindergarten), as at 30 August 2026

• Suitable for beginners or children still building confidence with ball sports

• Older players who are new to cricket or still developing their skills are also welcome

​

What’s Included

​

• Lindfield training shorts, shirt, and cap. You'll be contacted prior to the program start to order your child’s clothing.

• Structured, progressive coaching

• Support and guidance for parents

• All equipment provided

• A welcoming, community-focused atmosphere​

• Program Fee: $240 per player
